4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to authorized public authorities (the Ministry of Health and related bodies), to service providers we work with (medical information system/software providers, accounting, translation, transfer / accommodation providers), and, where necessary for your treatment, to healthcare institutions abroad, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Where a cross-border transfer occurs, this is carried out in line with the applicable KVKK requirements (explicit consent, adequacy decision, or appropriate safeguards, as
applicable).
5. Method and Legal Basis of Data Collection
Your personal data is collected directly from you or your legal representative through appointment/application forms, phone, email and WhatsApp correspondence, and during examination and treatment. Data is processed on the basis of the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and, under Article 6(3) of the KVKK, for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services. For processing activities outside this scope, such as the use of images for marketing, promotional or educational purposes, your separate explicit consent is obtained.
